Mental health is a state of well being and something that has a great impact in someone’s life . Its includes psychological , emotional , and social state of humans. Having good mental peace means having peaceful and joyful life that everyone desires . But in today’s world , there are only small proportion of life that have a good mental wellness, and it has multiple reason that why people are mentally so stress in their life and that is bad functioning of life routine . Students are stressed because of academic pressures otherwise peer pressure , educated and skilled people still not getting jobs and let them being unemployed as there are so much competition nowadays but less opportunity . In India , there are still some regions exists , where women are not treated equally instead men dominate in family specially in urban areas and so on. All these factors are affecting a lot on human mental health that is not good for overall health.
